AAA Club Alliance Inc. and third party vendors have worked to provide an independent source of benefits, retirement, insurance and HR services for the benefit of its independent owner/operators outside of its contractual relationships with its contractors. All benefits, HR retirement and insurance decisions, and sourcing are the responsibility of the independent contractor. An independent contractor’s decision whether or not to participate in the benefits and services provided is solely the independent contractor’s decision for itself and its employees. Neither AAA Club Alliance Inc., its subsidiaries or any third party vendors are fiduciaries with respect to such decision.
